During this time of great uncertainty, we have worked with our team of specialist facilitators to transform our face to face classroom sessions into informative, engaging and interactive webinars. These courses are suitable for both the NHS and independent healthcare markets. We are happy to work with organisations to create bespoke sessions that are particular to their needs.
We use Zoom as our webinar platform as it is such an easy system to use. There are break out rooms that enable us to keep our training highly interactive and incorporate the group work and scenarios that makes our training so successful.
Using this platform enables our facilitators to still connect which each delegate and provides the ideal environment for attendees to be able to ask questions and interact with their peers.

Delegates are expected to commit to being present for the whole session with video and microphone capability. If there are technical issues then use of the chat box will be the minimum requirement.
Our webinars are designed to be as engaging and interactive as possible, and delegates will therefore be required to be able to communicate with both the facilitator and their peers and be able to take part in group discussions and scenarios.
CPD certificates will not be issued where there is no evidence of participation.
