Consulting

When we write our courses, we use experts who have first-rate knowledge and experience in their particular area of expertise. Our Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) work closely with clients to improve individual and organisational performance, for example, pre CQC assessment and review of medical revalidation.

Quality Assessment of Appraisal and Revalidation

We have completed 56 QA’s since introducing them three years ago, plus repeated audits, designed to ensure that the Responsible Officer Regulations are being met. We also offer consultancy advice for healthcare organisations to review their policies, processes and systems.

Pre-CQC Assessments

These are used by Trusts to review their processes prior to their CQC assessment. This takes a few days of a consultant’s time and prewarns Trusts of any issues they face prior to the inspection.

Alongside this, we have created a CQC ‘tool kit’ and continuous improvement cycle which is now used to market and demonstrate our consulting proposition in this area.

In addition to CQC work we are able to deliver technical learning related consulting support, as needed.
